The Structure of the Project
The Resource Center in Macate is a project basically run by the community
through volunteer work. Through the meetings held by TIOS, the community understood
the need and importance of volunteering at the Center. They finally realized the project
belonged to them and will benefit them all. Thus, the following structure was established
in order to make the project self-sustainable:
